Considering my journey through which I have been able to develop my career as a young artist, I can say that it is a talent that I have and discovered this at my childhood stage where I started imitating life through drawing what others did or what I saw in my surroundings.

Born in Mityana, Uganda. Innocent Nkurunziza came to Rwanda with his returning family in 1997 and now work very vigorously at Ivuka Arts studios in Kigali. In his own words: "Doing art has been my dream, it's a long journey that i have taken but i know i will become what i want to be one day. I am happy to be where i am today".
